  • Can my loft space be converted?  Your loft can be converted if you have a minimum of 2.4 meters head room from the top of the ceiling joists to the underside of your ridge board.
  • Do I need an Architect or Structural Engineer? We look after the whole process including instructing our Structural Engineer and it is included in your price.
  • What about Planning Permission, do I need it? Most loft conversions come under Permitted Development which means planning permission isn't required.  However, you do need Building Regulation Approval - remember we look after the whole process for you including corresponding with your local authority and it is included in your price.
  • How long does it take to complete a conversion ready for decorating? The usual timescale for a standard dormer conversion is between 6-8 weeks.

We were recommended to use Phil by a friend of ours to do some cladding around our property. Phil turned up at 7, the time he stated he would, to discuss what we wanted and we found him extremely easy to talk to and professional in his response.
